I have several accommodations for rent. Can I list them on Flatio at the same time?

Want to know how to add 15+ properties at once or how to fill out our bulk import table? This article explains all the details of the procedure.

Yes, you can! If you want to rent out more listings (e.g. 15 and more) via Flatio and you find adding the individual listings manually too time-consuming, you can use the power of our import table. It's based on the data to be filled in for each inserted listing in the My Rentals application - our IT department can then proceed with a bulk import of all your offers thanks to the filled data.

A predisposition of bulk import

To perform a bulk import of all your listings, you need a Flatio account with at least one listing added.

If you meet these requirements, please contact our Customer Care team at [email protected] to request a bulk import.

Don't forget to include an email address and the name under which you registered with Flatio in the body of the email. Our Customer Care team will get back to you as soon as possible and send you a link to the import table with pre-filled information about your first added listing-this table must be filled in manually for all listings you want to publish on Flatio.

The more accurate you fill in your first listing in the My Rentals application, the easier and faster you'll be able to fill in the listings in the import table as well.

Data in the import table

The import table contains all the data you'd need to fill in the My Rentals application. And as in the application itself, we also ask you to fill in as much data as possible about the listings in the import table-the more information about the listing, the faster it'll be approved for publishing by our Customer Care team.

Each row in the table (except the header row) corresponds to a listing, each column then contains specific data about the listing.

NOTE: The data marked with an asterisk (turquoise columns in the table) are crucial for the import and therefore mandatory, but filling in the rest of the data is strongly recommended.

How can I upload photos of the listing?

It's very simple. All you need to do is to create a folder for each listing with a name according to the "Listing Name" column and upload photos of the particular listing to this folder.

So if the listing in the "Listing Name" column is named "Listing123", you need to name the folder with photos the same way, i.e. "Listing123". Then share the created folder (or folders) together with the import table to our Customer Care team.

ATTENTION! In order to pair photos withlistings, it's necessary to follow the structure described above. The "Photo Folder" menu MUST NOT BE INSERTED IN ANY OTHER (SUPERIOR) FOLDER (so it must be on the highest access level).
