Yes, when you get a reservation request, you can communicate with the potential tenant via Messages in My Rentals and agree on individual conditions. Click on the pink New message button and select the person’s name in the To field.

You can also write a message from the reservation detail. Just go to the Reservations section and choose the concrete reservation, show the detail via More button and then press Send a message button.
