It may happen that the landlord doesn't respond to your reservation request within 24 hours. (If this is the case, it usually happens on days off, i.e. weekends, public holidays, or private vacations).
In this case, the reservation request will be automatically rejected by our system and the reservation fee will be automatically unblocked from your card.
We recommend that you make a new reservation request for another accommodation. However, if you're still interested in the same accommodation, you can create the reservation request again or contact the landlord directly via the listing details to find out if it's possible to book the accommodation.
