How does renting an apartment via Flatio work?
You simply set the date when you want to move in and choose from the apartments on offer. Our photos, detailed descriptions of the apartments or single rooms and the possibility of going on a virtual tour in your apartment will help you find the right one. Then you just click the “Reservation Request” button. If the owner approves your reservation within 24 hours, you have the 24 hours for finishing the contractual process (including payment of the first rent and service fee). After that you can start packing.
How to pick the perfect accommodation?
You can choose between the apartments based on your own criteria. Apart from the move-out date, you can also select one with respect to the apartment’s size or the maximum cost of your rent per month. The apartments marked as “verified offer” were personally visited and checked by us. Rest assured that how they look on the website is in accordance with reality. If you are traveling with your animal friend, you can filter the offers with respect to whether animals are or are not a problem for the owner.
