Communication with the landlord was fast and professional. Unfortunately, the flat was not what I was expecting from the photos. It is quite clean and has new furniture, location is also good. However, it is a basement flat which wasn't clearly stated in the description. The ventilation in the flat is not great and because of that there is not much of fresh air. There is one window on the street level, but opening it doesn't help much with the smell. I wouldn't recommend it, unless you don't mind living in the basement- underground.

It's a good neighborhood, close to the center but mot very touristy.

The apartment was cosy and comfortable. Everything in the apartment was good and the landlord was very friendly to address the concerns.
