Nice area, very good location, garden conection. Parking most of the time possible and free.
The flat is a converted garage, looks like a proper cave than a flat. The cold radiating from the wall even end of August. The furnitures are low quality.
The cooperation with the owner almost impossible.

Nice Apartment in nice neighborhood. Apartment is near the forest for good walk. All necessary shops and public transportation within walking distance ( Bus 3min; Tram 10min ) Great help from owner, when needed. Thanks for making my Brno assignment a great experience. Patrick
