Due to our central location you will be able to walk to many places.
If you have a vehicle, parking won't be a headache, as there is a free public parking lot at the back of the building. Or if you prefer, you can opt for the excellent and convenient paid parking lots right in front of the building.
If you do not have a vehicle and need to go to other places, there is also a cab rank and public transportation in front of the building.

CLEANING
Additional and reinforced care in the cleaning and disinfection processes in order to guarantee the safety of our guests.
If our guests wish, and for stays of more than one week, we provide an intermediate cleaning service for 35€, which includes a change of bed and bath linen, and a cleaning of the space.
The cleaning is done in accordance with the rules of the Directorate General of Health, and in summary:
- The clothes are washed at the highest possible temperature using (delicate) bleach to treat them.
- Between the laundry and the flat, the clothes are transported in a waterproof bag, which is only opened after the space has been cleaned and disinfected.
- Our employees wear disposable protective gear during cleaning.
- We use specific products for the different areas of the flat. Specifically, the bathroom is cleaned with a chlorine-based product and then with an alcohol-based disinfectant.
- Surfaces and fabrics are disinfected at the end with a 70% alcohol-based product, including handles, switches, worktops, tables and chairs, among others.

- Take care and respect all the equipment and spaces of the house
- No parties or events are allowed
- Respect the neighborhood and the silence between 10 PM and 8 AM
- At check-out leave the space organized, presentable, and take out the rubbish when the guest leave
