Due to our central location you will be able to walk to many places.
If you have a vehicle, parking will not be a headache as there is a free public car park at the back of the building. Or if you prefer, you can opt for the excellent and practical paid car parks right in front of the building.
In case you don't have a vehicle and need to go to other places, there is also a taxi and public transport station in front of the building.

SELF CHECK-IN / SELF CHECK-OUT
Here you will have an unforgettable, quiet and comfortable stay.
After the guest sends us their details, we provide a Guest App with all the information about the self check-in / self check-out, as well as many other useful information about the region.
During your stay we will always be available and contactable for any questions or additional requests. We will be happy to receive you!

- Take care and respect all the equipment and spaces of the house
- No parties or events are allowed
- Respect the neighbourhood and the silence between 22h00 and 08h00
- At check-out leave the space organized, presentable, and take out the rubbish when the guest leave

CLEANING
Extra and reinforced care in the cleaning and disinfection processes in order to guarantee the safety of our guests.
If our guests wish, and for stays of more than one week, we offer an intermediate cleaning service for 59€, which includes a change of linen and bath, and a cleaning of the space.
The cleaning is done in accordance with the rules of the Directorate General of Health, and in summary:
- The clothes are washed at the highest possible temperature using (delicate) bleach to treat them.
- Between the laundry and the flat, the clothes are transported in a waterproof bag, which is only opened after the space has been cleaned and disinfected.
- Our employees wear disposable protective gear during cleaning.
- We use specific products for the different areas of the flat. Specifically, the bathroom is cleaned with a chlorine-based product and then with an alcohol-based disinfectant.
- Surfaces and fabrics are disinfected at the end with a 70% alcohol-based product, including handles, switches, worktops, tables and chairs, among others.
