It also features 5 private bathrooms, with 4 en suite perfect for a little privacy when travelling with a group. It can comfortably accommodate up to 13 guests and is located in a lovely neighbourhood close to the centre of Bath.
The home has been recently redecorated in a modern and classic style and benefits from new furniture and interiors. All the beds have comfortable Eve mattresses and each bed can sleep two guests. Some bedrooms come with double beds, others with bunk beds, totalling 13 places to sleep. The large kitchen is fully equipped and offers a great space for communal cooking or gathering. It is adjacent to the home’s modern dining room. There is a sizeable living room with several sofas and a large TV, perfect for cosy evenings with your family or friends. The home has high-speed WiFi and plenty of space to get work done should you need it. There’s a parking space close by should you need to park your car.
You’ll have access to the home at all times. Because the home comes with smart locks, you’ll be able to check in any time after 3pm, but please be mindful of noise after 9pm.

The area around the house has a lot of cute local shops, and many great restaurants and coffee shops. The neighbourhood itself is quiet and safe and has a lot of green spaces and parks. You’re also very close to the River Avon which is perfect for a stroll around town.
The home profits from being in such a great location. The surrounding areas are easy to get to and around. There are affordable taxis and Uber as well as public transport available should you not want to walk.
This home is located right in the middle of the city, so it’s perfect if you want to enjoy the lively city centre. This home requires guests to use stairs to access it and may not be suitable for wheelchair users or those with limited mobility. The home is spread across multiple levels and guests who have difficulties with stairs may find it hard to access the whole home. The home is surrounded by the sights, sounds, and smells of the cafes, restaurants and bars around it, perfect for those who want exciting things to do right on their doorstep. Travel cots can be provided upon request but guests will have to bring their own linens.
Please, no parties or smoking. Please be respectful of the neighbours and keep noise to a minimum after 9pm. If these rules are violated we will charge guests to cover the security call out fee and any additional expenses to cover their misbehaviour.
Once you send a reservation request, the landlord is notified that you are interested in his/her offer. From that moment, he/she has 24 hours to approve or reject your reservation.

How you can cancel a reservation varies depending on what stage the reservation is in.
Is your reservation request still waiting for landlord approval? Then you can simply cancel it directly from your My Housing web app!
However, if the owner has already approved your reservation request and you are no longer interested in it, only Flatio customer support can cancel it within 24 hours of approval. After this period, the reservation request can also be canceled by the owner.
Do you have an approved reservation and also a valid contract? In order to cancel your reservation for FREE, contact Flatio customer support well in advance of your contract beginning (the specific time depends on the type of cancellation policy).

The total amount of the deposit which is payable by the day of the beginning of the lease agreement (usually the day of moving in).
If the required amount of the deposit is zero, everything is fine. That's right. The landlord doesn't require any deposit. Rentals up to 180 days are always without a deposit at Flatio.
If you cancel your reservation 30 or more days before move-in, you will get a full refund of first rent and service fee.
If you cancel your reservation up to 14 days before move-in, you will get a 50% refund of first rent and service fee.
If you cancel your reservation less than 14 days before move-in, you won’t get refund of the first rent or service fee.
