We offer our 2-room apartment for temporary living for rent. Our apartment is located on the 19th floor of the new building - Discovery Residence on Mlynske Nivy street with a beautiful view of the center of Bratislava.

Apartment has 56 m2 and consists of living room with kitchen, loggia, bedroom with dressing room and bathroom on suite, hallway and separate toilet. The apartment has an underground parking space.

The location is very good, close to the Danube dike, several shopping malls, theatres, cinemas, restaurants & bus station Nivy. You are also welcome to walk to the center.

It was a pleasure staying in this apartment for the last 6 months. It actually felt like home with everything needed and the highest level of comfort. I would like to thank Anna and her family for excellent service, understanding and support. I cannot imagine a better landlord and more comfortable communication.
The apartment in real life is even better than expected, 100% true photos. It has everything you may need for short and long-term stays. Additional convincing fact is the breathtaking view, personal parking space in the underground garage and safety of this place including the building manager downstairs. It is definitely worth its cost or even more.
The instructions were very clear and easy to find. Thank you for flexibility and quick polite communication.
I believe it is the best place you can find in Bratislava.
Neighborhood
The neighborhood is mostly offices, so it is safe and not that crowded. The are a lot of parking spaces available, coffeeshops and restaurants are right next to the building. The bus stop is 5 min walk what is very convenient.

We can highly recommend this apartment! The apartment is very stylishly furnished and equipped with all necessities. The apartment is located on the 19th floor of a new building with a fantastic view over the city and in a good and quiet location. Due to a nearby bus stop, the center as well as any other part of the city can be reached relatively quickly. In addition, the owners Anna and Milan are very friendly, helpful and always available. They speak many languages, which made the communication very good.

We highly recommend this apartment and the owners! All is perfect! Apartment is in the perfect location, in completely new building and walking distance to main central zone and business area of Bratislava. It is 2 minutes walk from the public bus station and it is super easy to reach any part of Bratislava with public transportation. Everything in the apartment is new and very nicely selected. The owners, Anna and Milan are great hosts, very kind and supportive and totally professional. We loved our stay in their apartment. Renting this apartment is great choice!
