The double isolated windows of this modern, spacey apartment open to a well known Budapest street full of restaurants and stores at the border of the Downtown. It's a two minute walk to Blaha Lujza tér, named after the famous hungarian actress Lujza, who was performing in the Baroque folks theater from the Austrian-Hungarian monarchy that was sadly destroyed during communist times and gave rise to a modern plaza filled with fountains, lots of trees giving shade and lots of natural light. Blaha Lujza square is one of Budapest’s most central transport hubs that merges almost a dozen Subway, Tram and Bus connections, as well as a City Bike rental station and parking houses.

The apartment is surrounded by some of the most famous 4star and 5star hotels in the city, like the National Hotel at a 200m distance. Despite the huge windowfronts that bathe the rooms of the apartment with natural light, you will have have privacy during the day and night. There are hardly any neighbors facing you, and the ones in the house are quiet and afar with ceiling heights of almost 4m.

The apartment consists of a well equipped kitchen with luxury utensils, a modern bathroom with a separate toilet, a spacious bedroom with a work desk and a lovely dining area with comfortable white chairs. High speed WIFI and an optional Safety Deposit Box are also available at your convenience.

Digital workers, staying for > 3 months can opt for a automatic height adjustable table with memory positions, WIFI Laser printer and a bright 32"IPS, 4k Monitor at an additonal rent of 60 Eur / month.

The Bedroom is fitted with a comfortable King Size bed (200x180cm) and there is a couch-bed available in the living room that can sleep another two people, which a soft matress that is made for sleeping. The master bedroom and the living room can be accessed independent of each other.

There is a mechanized kitchen with a dishwasher and a microwave / express pizza oven combo that can make a frozen pizza in 7-10 minutes, and buns crisp again in 2-3minutes, a washing machine (1400rpm), and 1 bathroom with a shower. For added convenience all utensils and cleaning supplies are provided free of charge.

The apartment is located on the third floor with an elevator, with no opposing house being higher, thus allowing to see the sky at all times.

Bicycles can be parked and secured near the entrance of the apartment in the yard.

Neighborhood:
There is a bakery, and a Turkish restaurant in the house that opens at 6 am (Mon-Sun) if you are an early bird. A Spar that opens at 6 am is a 300m walk away. Lidl that just got self checkout, opens at 6:30 and is 300m away. There is a well stocked 24h supermarket called Mana in József kerút at a 5min walk. A McDonald's & McCafé is 100m away in Jozsef kerút which is a several kilometers long bustling street with any shop or restaurant you could think of.

The Apartment is located 150 meters from the No.4 / No. 6 tram stop. Those are the main tram lines across downtown Budapest. Downtown starts at a few hundred meters walk by foot, as it borders Blaha Lujza square.

There are lots of night buses as Blaha Lujza Square is a main communication hub.
It is 950m to the Semmelweis Egyetem Szülészeti és Nőgyógyászati Klinika by foot or if you take the 4/6 tram going every few minutes, it is 150m to each of the tram stations.
Szimpla kert is 700m away.

It is about a 1 km walk to Vací street, but you can just take the Metro or one of several bus lines with intervals of 2 - 3 minutes. It is also roughly one kilometer to go to some of the most famous restaurants and locations in Budapest.

There is a LIDL (300m) , SPAR (300m), local Market (300m), MÜLLER (150m) and ALDI (600m), Fitness center (400m), Nuygati international train station (1km) nearby.
If you are into alternative, healthy eating you should know that there is a vegan, vegetarian health supermarket just 150 meters away called Bio-Barát Biobolt Europeum ( https://www.europeum.hu/en/ ), but if you are working and on a schedule you can always get a Falafel pita or burger from the Restaurant in the house.

The Hungarian National Museum and Gellért Thermal Baths are in walkable distance. St. Stephen's Basilica is 2.1 km away.
