"Lovia" - this cute but luxurious studio flat is my love project. Situated in the heart of Buda, this is a perfect place if You are looking for something special. As an architect/designer I enjoyed finetuning every detail of this place. Leaving traces of my soul behind... The flat opens directly on a little piece of nature, the beautiful garden of the house.
I am a third generation designer/architect and picked and refurbished this flat completely. I used top-quality Italian ceramic tiles in the bathroom, solid oak floor, and even eco-friendly oil finish on the custom built plywood furniture. Carefully selected the Hungarian designer sofa system, bar stools and lights, combined with some nice old items here and there:) The apartment is equipped with new and top-quality machinery and I hope You will enjoy the wall arts created by my painter wife - Kele Juci - and myself. I am very proud that the apartment has just been published in the most prestigious design magazine Octogon.
I try everything I can to maintain Lovia as eco-friendly as possible: I am not using any disposable bottles and packaging for the cleaning products and the toilet paper to minimize the waste I produce.
Lovia is situated 10 mins walk from the Castle district and 5 mins from the transportation hub Széll Kálmán tér. Hajnóczy street is a one of a kind, peaceful street in Buda, connecting two beautiful city parks (Városmajor and Vérmező). Even the national green hiking route passes by the front door...
The aera is full of nice cafes and restaurants that I will be more than happy to explain You further upon your arrival. There is a farmers' market in Városmajor every Monday-Wednesday-Friday. It is a perfect spot if You look for a calm and peaceful place for the nights but do not want to miss the buzzing city centre (7th district) which is 15mins away if You take the 4-6 tram, running 24-7!

Once you send a reservation request, the landlord is notified that you are interested in their offer. From that moment, they have 24 hours to approve or reject your reservation.
Landlords are mainly interested in the profile of their tenant. Do not forget to fill in all necessary information, add your profile picture, or even make a short video about yourself. Doing that will make you more attractive for the owner and your reservation will more likely get approved.

How you can cancel a reservation varies depending on what stage the reservation is in.
Is your reservation request still waiting for landlord approval? Then you can simply cancel it directly from your My Housing web app!
However, suppose the owner has already approved your reservation request, and you are no longer interested in it. In that case, you can still cancel the reservation before you sign the lease agreement. Just consider that you should do this only in essential cases. Because when the landlord accepts your reservation, their property is stopped being advertised, and they can lose the chance to rent their property to someone else.
Do you have an approved reservation and also a valid agreement? In order to cancel your reservation, contact Flatio customer support well in advance of your contract beginning (the specific time and amount of refund depends on the type of cancellation policy).
