The house has three bedrooms - two with two single beds and one with double bed and a spacious and fully equipped kitchen where you can prepare yours; a spacious room.
Outside you will find a nice and pleasant garden which you should 'use and abuse' during your stay. Here you can dine alfresco, surrounded by green and fresh air. This space is perfect for children who can have fun and create new adventures.
The property has a maximum capacity of six people. If you are planning to rent a car, the house has a parking place.

THE NEIGHBORHOOD OVERVIEW
Situated in one of the most prestigious tourist areas of Funchal, this flat is close to a pleasant seafront promenade, beaches, supermarkets, pharmacies, shops and the Forum Madeira shopping centre, with several internationally renowned brands and movie theatres.
You will also found in a walk distance plenty of bars and restaurants where you can indulge in our delicious gastronomy or in international cuisine. In addition to the nearby options, you will find a greater variety of restaurants in the city centre, which can be reached by car in five minutes.
Lido is a public pool complex, is four minutes walking from the apartment. Praia Formosa, a favourite for bathing and beaching on its black sand and pebble, is just three kilometres away.
An Aerobus bus stop for airport arrivals and departures is within 2 minutes walk distance from the flat. Nevertheless, we recommend the private transfer service as the best option to get to the flat. Contact us in advance to schedule a private transfer car with our local partners. It is cheaper than taking a taxi on your own in the airport!
Guests have access to all areas of the flat.

● According to Portuguese law, all guests are required to present a valid ID. (E.g. passport, identity card).
● Check-in must be scheduled in advance. In case the check-in is not scheduled within a maximum of 48 hours prior arrival, guests will be subject to the availability of our team.
● All bed linen and towels are provided. We can also provide a crib, a baby high chair and a baby bathtub if needed. First aid kit, fire extinguisher and fire blanket are available in all properties.

Once you send a reservation request, the landlord is notified that you are interested in their offer. From that moment, they have 24 hours to approve or reject your reservation.
Landlords are mainly interested in the profile of their tenant. Do not forget to fill in all necessary information, add your profile picture, or even make a short video about yourself. Doing that will make you more attractive for the owner and your reservation will more likely get approved.

If a virtual tour isn't available for the accommodation you've chosen, you can contact the landlord and ask them if they're willing to give you a personal tour of the rental unit.
If you move in and find that the rented accommodation doesn't match the information on Flatio at the time the reservation request was sent to the landlord, you can withdraw from the lease agreement under certain circumstances explained in this article in our help center.
Also, under our "secure move-in" policy, we'll assist you with moving to an alternative accommodation if you report within a certain period of time that the rental unit doesn't match the ad and the landlord doesn't fix the problem immediately. You can read the details in our help center.
How you can cancel a reservation varies depending on what stage the reservation is in.
Is your reservation request still waiting for landlord approval? Then you can simply cancel it directly from your My Housing web app!
However, suppose the owner has already approved your reservation request, and you are no longer interested in it. In that case, you can still cancel the reservation before you sign the lease agreement. Just consider that you should do this only in essential cases. Because when the landlord accepts your reservation, their property is stopped being advertised, and they can lose the chance to rent their property to someone else.
