With three bedrooms, lounge, swimming pool, lounge, fitted kitchen, modern apartment is five minutes walk from the heart of the city.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION

The natural light, large terrace and superb views over Funchal and the mountains are the symbols of this apartment.

It is a duplex and is on the sixth floor of a quiet and sunny building: invites sunbathing and dips in the pool embedded in the building's garden.

On the first floor of the apartment are the three accommodations: two bedrooms spacious and at the bottom, a suite with dressing room, safe, and hot tub. It is also on this floor which is the dining and living room, with a balcony and a splendid view, and a spacious kitchen with modern appliances.

The large windows of the rooms and the balcony of the first floor offer stunning views over the island, but when we went up to the second floor where the view is breathtaking: the chillout space with lounge chairs and a table to meet with friends and / or family, gives way to a large terrace overlooking the city, the bay of Funchal, in contrast to part of the mountain range of the island. You can see the Pico Fortress, built in the seventeenth century, the Cathedral of Funchal or the Summit of the Convent of Santa Clara, arranged between the different greens of flora of Madeira. The terrace also has sun loungers for those wishing to extend to the sun (or under the stars!), the Funchal Marina and cruises, and very sunny days, the Desert Islands as a backdrop.


THE NEIGHBORHOOD OVERVIEW

The street of Jasmineiro, where is located the apartment, leads one of the arteries of the city, Avenida do Infante. Here, there are traditional Portuguese terraces, typical pastries, and gourmet restaurants. In front, is the Madeira Casino and advise you through the Santa Catarina Park, the garden is on the left, to reach the center of Funchal. It's five minutes worth and do not reveal more, we want to find out for yourself. If you go to the right side, the ride is also inviting and takes you to the beach area - in any case, choose which path to choose, always light the fact-suite in the backpack as the temperature of the sea water is around 22 degrees and it is time for almost all dives the year.
