Comboio II is one of the apartments of the prestigious Living Funchal, a luxury condominium that is 5-minute-walk from downtown Funchal. The surrounding area is all residential, which gives greater privacy to the condominium itself.
Most shops, malls and supermarkets are within a 10-minute walk.
This apartment is fifteen minutes away from Mercado dos Lavradores, Old Town of Funchal and the Cathedral. From here you can explore on foot the various sights of our beautiful city. (eg. Cable Car, Funchal Marina, CR7 Museum, Madeira Wine Lodge, etc ...)
For departures and arrivals from the airport, there is an aerobus stop about 20 minutes from the house, although the best option to get to the apartment will be the transfer. Ask us to bookmark one with our local partners. It's cheaper than the taxis you find at the airport!
Guests have access to all areas of the flat.

According to Portuguese law, all guests are required to present a valid ID. (E.g. passport, identity card).
Check-in must be scheduled in advance. In case the check-in is not scheduled within a maximum of 48 hours prior arrival, guests will be subject to the availability of our team.
All bed linen and towels are provided. We can also provide a crib, a baby high chair and a baby bathtub if needed. First aid kit, fire extinguisher and fire blanket are available in all properties.
Cleaning services during the stay, as well as the replacement of bed linen, towels, and consumables, are carried out on a weekly basis. If you wish extra cleaning service this can be arranged at an extra, affordable charge. The weekly cleaning and the replacement of bed linen, towels, and consumables will not be carried out for stays of less than seven nights.

Once you send a reservation request, the landlord is notified that you are interested in his/her offer. From that moment, he/she has 24 hours to approve or reject your reservation.

However, if the owner has already approved your reservation request and you are no longer interested in it, only Flatio customer support can cancel it within 24 hours of approval. After this period, the reservation request can also be canceled by the owner.
Do you have an approved reservation and also a valid contract? In order to cancel your reservation for FREE, contact Flatio customer support well in advance of your contract beginning (the specific time depends on the type of cancellation policy).
