El piso consta de 2 dormitorios con armarios empotrados, baño con ducha, cocina totalmente equipada. Amplio salon comedor y terraza con mobiliario. Se encuentra en la 4º planta con ascensor y no hay otros edificios más altos, con lo cual tiene vistas a la marisma por la zona oeste y a la playa por el este. Está en el centro urbano y dispone de todo tipo de establecimientos a pie del edificio. Centro sanitario a 2 minutos.
El piso tiene 3 dormitorios, pero uno de ellos quedará excluido del alquiler, ya que será donde yo deje mis cosas personales.

The apartment consists of 2 bedrooms with fitted closets, bathroom with shower, fully equipped kitchen. Spacious living room and terrace with furniture. It is on the 4th floor with elevator and there are no other higher buildings, so it overlooks the marsh on the west side and the beach to the east. It is in the city center and has all kinds of establishments at the foot of the building. Health center 2 minutes away.
The apartment has 3 bedrooms, but one of them will be excluded from the rent, as it will be where I leave my personal things.

También hay salinas artesanales y zona de baños de magnésio que son geniales para la piel.
Las fiestas más importantes son a los patronos en verano, pero sus Carnavales, muy importantes, son de Interés Turístico Regional. Son en febrero. La Semana Santa tambien es destacable.
Pero para muchos su mayor valor es como paraíso gastronómico, imuchísimos bares y restaurantes y un mercado de marisco que vale la pena verlo.

The apartment is located in Isla Cristina, a coastal town that has the second largest fishing port in Spain and the first in Andalusia and is surrounded by fine white sandy beaches and the marshes of the Rio Carreras, which is a Natural Park and a wonderful bird observatory. There are also artisanal salt mines and area of magnesium baths that are great for the skin.
The most important festivities are to the patron saints in summer, but its Carnivals, very important, are of Regional Tourist Interest. They are in February. Easter Week is also remarkable.
But for many its greatest value is as a gastronomic paradise, lots of bars and restaurants and a seafood market that is worth seeing.
