Spacious and comfortable apartment in one of the youngest neighborhoods of Lisbon. Located in Telheiras, it is in a residential area surrounded by major avenues, parks, businesses, hospitals, schools and sports facilities.
The apartment is located on the 2nd floor (with elevator) of a residential building with a very family atmosphere. Telheiras metro station is 15 minutes by walk. It also has access to a communal garden and a balcony where you can relax and enjoy the view of the nearby park.
The apartment has three bedrooms, one en suite with a queen size bed and two bedrooms with individual beds.
The apartment has two complete bathrooms with bathtub and shower and a bathroom without shower.

The living room has a flat-screen TV, a decorative fireplace to make the atmosphere more cozy, a comfortable sofa bed, a dining area and a balcony overlooking the street of the apartment.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge, washing machine and dishwasher, microwave and coffee maker.
￫ In addition to the monthly rent, a Cleaning Fee of 60€ must be paid at the check-in. The Cleaning Fee covers the check-in/check-out cleaning only. Additional cleanings can be requested during your stay and are subject to an extra fee. An extra set of linen will be provided.
￫ City Tax will also be charged in the amount of 2€ per night per person. This Tax will only be applied for the first 7 nights.

However, if the owner has already approved your reservation request and you are no longer interested in it, only Flatio customer support can cancel it within 24 hours of approval. After this period, the reservation request can also be canceled by the owner.
