The light of Lisbon floods the apartment and all the windows offer superb views: from the kitchen side you can see the roofs of Alfama and the huge river estuary. On the other side of the apartment you can watch the E28 and catch a glimpse of the Sao Vicente monastery (located only a few walking minutes from the apartment). The studio consists of an open space living and bedroom with integrated kitchenette and a separated modern bathroom with a shower. We bet on a combination of contemporary design and traditional elements like the Lioz marble (entirely made of fossils) for the bathroom, and the original portuguese tiles of the XVII century; we also restored the antique bed.
If you book this apartment, you'll find yourself within the center of Alfama, likely the foremost popular quarter of the city and protected UNESCO World Legacy Location. You can easily visit the city on foot from the flat, either reaching several interesting spots, or getting lost between the old buildings, little squares, narrow labyrinthic streets of this traditional neighborhood, full of restaurants, cafés, small shops and unique views.
The famous tram E28 which travels adventurously travels uphill and downhill for most of the city old center, can be taken just a few meters from your door. The metro and train station Santa Apolónia is also easy reachable on foot within minutes.
The flat has no washing machine but it is at a 2 minutes walking distance from a good and cheap laundry.

However, if the owner has already approved your reservation request and you are no longer interested in it, only Flatio customer support can cancel it within 24 hours of approval. After this period, the reservation request can also be canceled by the owner.
Do you have an approved reservation and also a valid contract? In order to cancel your reservation for FREE, contact Flatio customer support well in advance of your contract beginning (the specific time depends on the type of cancellation policy).
