Hi everyone, I'm Damiano and together with my boyfriend Diogo we make our home available during the month of August during our holidays.
We live in a recently renovated and nicely furnished flat, where we are sure you will feel comfortable and relaxed if you are looking for a central but quiet place in the beautiful and sunny city of Lisbon.
During the rest of the year we live in the flat so you will find a space fully equipped for everyday life. The house consists of a living room and kitchen, a small laundry room and a small patio where you can have a drink at the end of the day. The flat also has two bedrooms, one double and the other single with a pull-out bed which is generally used as a home office, and of course a bathroom with a generous shower.
The flat is located on the first floor, slightly elevated from the street where, thanks to the good soundproofing of the house, you will not hear any noise.
We are happy to accommodate ideally one or maximum two people, who are responsible and treat the house as their own. We can, by prior arrangement, offer you a complete cleaning of the house every fortnight with a change of sheets, our employee will take about 3 hours to clean everything and make you spend days without too many worries.

Once you send a reservation request, the landlord is notified that you are interested in his/her offer. From that moment, he/she has 24 hours to approve or reject your reservation.
Landlords are mainly interested in the profile of their tenant. Do not forget to fill in all necessary information, add your profile picture, or even make a short video about yourself. Doing that will make you more attractive for the owner and your reservation will more likely get approved.

How you can cancel a reservation varies depending on what stage the reservation is in.
Is your reservation request still waiting for landlord approval? Then you can simply cancel it directly from your My Housing web app!
However, if the owner has already approved your reservation request and you are no longer interested in it, only Flatio customer support can cancel it within 24 hours of approval. After this period, the reservation request can also be canceled by the owner.
Do you have an approved reservation and also a valid contract? In order to cancel your reservation for FREE, contact Flatio customer support well in advance of your contract beginning (the specific time depends on the type of cancellation policy).
