Flat for rent - Lisbon

Beautiful and cosy 60 m2 flat, located on the penultimate floor of a small building with only 4 flats, conveniently located in the quiet and safe neighbourhood of Lapa/Estrela.

The flat has plenty of natural light and everything you need for a very comfortable and happy stay. You can even work remotely from the small charming balcony, take a morning coffee on the balcony in the sun or relax and have a drink after spending a busy day walking around Lisbon.

Lapa/Estrela is a very central and quiet neighborhood, within walking distance of many of the city most iconic places to visit - Estrela Basilica and Park, Ancient Art Museum, restaurants, designer shops, cafes and nightlife spots. It is also closely located to several public transports including the famous 28 tram, getting you to Chiado and Bairro Alto in no time!


The flat has one bathroom, one large living room consisting of a combined lounge and dining area, one bedroom and a small balcony. The kitchen is fully equipped and all bed duvets, linen as well as bath towels are provided.

Such a fantastic stay for my one month trip to Lisbon. I worked from Lisbon, mostly from the flat, during my stay. Internet was great - even from the balcony! Rui is incredibly communicative and on top of things.

The neighborhood is quiet and more residential, which was perfect for what I was looking for. There are some good restaurants and coffee shops nearby as well. The views from the balcony are 10/10. If you're looking to stay in Lisbon, look no further!

I couldn’t recommend Rui or his lovely flat enough. What a lovely place. Perfect location, beautiful view, extremely well equipped apartment, spacious lovely balcony, excellent area with incredible restaurants and very close to everywhere in Lisbon you’d want to go. We worked remotely and the internet was perfect, the home is very nicely decorated and feels much like a home away from home.

Rui’s communication was second to none, he sent us lists of recommended restaurants, beaches, coffee shops and days out. When we had minor repairs needing he would send someone to come and sort it within a few hours. He could not have been more helpful or fast on responding.

We had a brilliant six week stay and we will be back for sure!

The Estrela River View Flat is an amazing home away from home. You feel like you're part of the community nestled in the apartment overlooking the beautiful Tagus River Bay, and if you don't you soon will be. Rui was an incredibly accommodating host, answering my every question quicker than I could respond. He offers you a list of small cafes, restaurants, grocery stores and points of interest within walking distance to the flat. Super helpful as it was my first time in Lisboa and knew absolutely no one! Be prepared to get your steps in walking up the hill to the flat, but the walk is so worth it. I'll be ringing Rui to see if his place is open for rent VERY soon! Thanks!

Small community feel, lots of locals and traditional Portuguese restaurants following Rua das Trinas up toward Jardim da Estrela, but a nice mix of tourists and casual cool cafes at the bottom of the hill near Rua Santos o Velho. You can't beat the invigorating ~10 minute walk through Rua Dom Luis to the Cais do Sodre area and ~15 minute walk to Bairro Alto.
