The master bedroom is located on the second floor and it comes with an en suite bathroom with a bathtub and shower for added convenience. The master bedroom also opens up directly, ideal to relax on warm weather days. The apartment also has high-speed WiFi and space to work, should you need or want to get some work done. The apartment has just had an amazing renovation and is for sale. Because of this, the apartment must be prepared for viewings, so once a viewing is confirmed a cleaner will tidy the apartment free of charge at 10am, except Sundays and the day of your check out. We’ll always let you know when a viewing is booked. Viewings typically last around 10 minutes. The nightly rate of the apartment is discounted as thanks for being accommodating.
You’ll have access to the apartment at all times. Because the apartment comes with smart locks, you’ll be able to check in any time after 3pm, but please be mindful of noise after 9pm.

The home itself is on a quiet road surrounded by other family homes, parks and cafes.
London is well connected by train stations, as well as buses, and the property is in a very pedestrian friendly area. It is well connected to public transport and main roads. The home sits closest to Imperial Wharf, Parson Green, and Fulham Broadway overground and tube stations and it has plenty of bus stops in easy reach. For football lovers, it’s also located close by to Stamford Bridge stadium and Craven Cottage stadium.
Please note the 10am tidy is an essential part of staying in this apartment. If you’re looking to get up bright and early to make the most of the city, you will find this apartment and the tidy perfect for your stay. We’ll always let you know when a viewing from the estate agent is taking place. Typically viewings last around 10 minutes. There are no viewings on Saturdays after 4pm or on Sundays, so your relaxing time won't be interrupted. The tidy is free of charge, and what’s more, if there’s a viewing during your stay that leads to an offer, we will refund you the full cost of one night as a thank you! This home requires guests to use stairs to access it and may not be suitable for wheelchair users or those with limited mobility. The home is spread across multiple levels and guests who have difficulties with stairs may find it hard to access the whole home. Travel cots can be provided upon request but guests will have to bring their own linens.

If these rules are violated we will charge guests to cover the security call out fee and any additional expenses to cover their misbehaviour. However, if the owner has already approved your reservation request and you are no longer interested in it, only Flatio customer support can cancel it within 24 hours of approval. After this period, the reservation request can also be canceled by the owner.
