This apartment has been recently redecorated in a trendy, modern style, with new furniture and interiors. The apartment is located on the lower ground floor. The living and dining areas are located in a bright and spacious room and the kitchen is located at the back in a separate room offering direct access to the private back garden. The kitchen is fully equipped and features modern appliances. The sofa and the dining table can comfortably seat all guests. All the bedrooms can sleep 2 guests each. The master bedroom comes with a king size bed and an en suite bathroom with shower. It overlooks the lovely back garden. The second bedroom is located next to the master one, it offers a double bed and it still overlooks the private garden. The third bedroom comes with a bunk bed, ideal when travelling with kids. There is also an additional bathroom with a bathtub for added convenience. The home also has high-speed WiFi and space to work, should you need or want to get some work done. The apartment also comes with 1 private parking space.
You’ll have access to the apartment at all times. Because the apartment comes with smart locks, you’ll be able to check in any time after 3pm, but please be mindful of noise after 9pm.

Just moments from historical buildings, shops, and nightlife, you have amazing culture, restaurants, and entertainment right on your doorstep. The home itself is on a quiet road surrounded by other family homes, parks and cafes, but is just a moment’s walk to the excitement! The Chelsea and Westminster Hospital is also located only a short walk away from the apartment.
London is well connected by train stations, as well as buses, and the property is in a very pedestrian friendly area. It is well connected to public transport and main roads. The home sits closest to Earl’s Court and West Brompton tube stations on the Piccadilly and District lines and it has plenty of bus stops in easy reach. West Brompton station also offers access to the Overground.
This home requires guests to use stairs to access it and may not be suitable for wheelchair users or those with limited mobility. It’s worth noting that this home is located on the lower ground floor, so you might find these rooms darker than expected (perfect if you like darkness when sleeping, though!). Travel cots can be provided upon request but guests will have to bring their own linens.
Please, no parties or smoking. Please be respectful of the neighbours and keep noise to a minimum after 9pm. If these rules are violated we will charge guests to cover the security call out fee and any additional expenses to cover their misbehaviour.

How you can cancel a reservation varies depending on what stage the reservation is in.
Is your reservation request still waiting for landlord approval? Then you can simply cancel it directly from your My Housing web app!
However, suppose the owner has already approved your reservation request, and you are no longer interested in it. In that case, you can still cancel the reservation before you sign the lease agreement. Just consider that you should do this only in essential cases. Because when the landlord accepts your reservation, their property is stopped being advertised, and they can lose the chance to rent their property to someone else.
