Atago is an artfully-designed 140 square meter apartment with 3 bedrooms and 2 baths. Located in Madrid's Salamanca neighborhood, Atago is characterized by unique decor and modern finishings, such as hardwood floors throughout the space. Upon walking into the apartment, there is a fully furnished kitchen to the left with all the cooking utensils and appliances.
Past the kitchen, find the ensuite bedroom, equipped with a queen-sized bed and a custom built private desk. The ensuite bathroom comes with a double washbasin and shower. Back past the entrance, there is a large living room which combines a lounge area, a dining area, and a dedicated work from home area. Small touches create a special touch to the space, such as the custom-made decor hiding the Smart TV and the unique geometric art on the wall next to the dining table.
The second bedroom has a queen-sized bed, with a hand-made headboard and shelves. The space is painted to give the illusions of texture to the walls. The third bedroom, with queen-sized bed, has unique geometric wood detailing on the walls. All bedrooms come with ample closet space. The second bathroom, located between the second and third bedroom, comes with a bathtub with shower. All bed and bath linens are provided.

How you can cancel a reservation varies depending on what stage the reservation is in.
Is your reservation request still waiting for landlord approval? Then you can simply cancel it directly from your My Housing web app!
However, suppose the owner has already approved your reservation request, and you are no longer interested in it. In that case, you can still cancel the reservation before you sign the lease agreement. Just consider that you should do this only in essential cases. Because when the landlord accepts your reservation, their property is stopped being advertised, and they can lose the chance to rent their property to someone else.
