The apartment consists of open common area, private bedroom, bathroom and toilet. In the open area you will find living room with comfortable sofa and TV set with free Netflix, as well as kitchen corner with dining area. In fully equipped kitchen there is everything you might need. You will find here also washing machine and dishwasher. Entrance hall is bright and spacious. Bathroom is new and super modern, it has shower corner and toilet.
INTERNET is for free with 20Mb download and 2Mb upload speed. You will have NETFLIX with international channels. For your safety, there is first aid kit and fire extinguisher. We like children, so if you need baby cot, dining chair or toys, it will be there for you.
Our apartment is set in an excellent location as well as an excellent neighborhood. All major touristic places of Prague are in walking distance. One of them – Charles Bridge – is only 800 meters away. Area around the flat is great also. Just 2 minutes away from the flat you´ll have river Vltava, another few minutes away there are few nice green parks (Kinskeho zahrada, Petrinske sady). Apartment is surrounded by several local restaurants, bars, pubs and cafés. Smaller grocery store is 300 meters away, bigger supermarket Tesco is 700 metres away.
HOW TO GET AROUND
The closest tram stop Ujezd is just 1 minute away from the apartment. The nearest metro stop Malostranska is about 1 km away. If you arrive by train, you can take tram to stop Ujezd, it takes about 10 minutes. If you arrive by bus to Florenc station, you can take metro line B to stop Narodni trida and then change to tram which will take you to stop Ujezd, it takes around 14 minutes. From the airport, it takes around 45 minutes by public transport and 20 minutes by taxi or Uber. Uber works well in Prague.
Once you send a reservation request, the landlord is notified that you are interested in their offer. From that moment, they have 24 hours to approve or reject your reservation.
Landlords are mainly interested in the profile of their tenant. Do not forget to fill in all necessary information, add your profile picture, or even make a short video about yourself. Doing that will make you more attractive for the owner and your reservation will more likely get approved.

How you can cancel a reservation varies depending on what stage the reservation is in.
Is your reservation request still waiting for landlord approval? Then you can simply cancel it directly from your My Housing web app!
However, suppose the owner has already approved your reservation request, and you are no longer interested in it. In that case, you can still cancel the reservation before you sign the lease agreement. Just consider that you should do this only in essential cases. Because when the landlord accepts your reservation, their property is stopped being advertised, and they can lose the chance to rent their property to someone else.
