Recently renovated apartment with the best location in Prague. The apartment is ideal for 2 people. The new ultra-comfortable bed and very thick curtains are ideal for a comfortable sleep. The kitchen is equipped with everything necessary for cooking as a large refrigerator with a freezer, an induction stove and a large number of all kinds of dishes. The apartment also has a big spacious wardrobe and closet with shelves. You will also find here TVs with AppleTV and Netflix. From the first minutes in the apartment you will feel at home
The apartment also has a spacious and bright bathroom with a new comfortable shower.

The apartment is located in the very center of Prague. In 1 minute of walking there is Wenceslas Square. Just around the corner there is a shopping center Quadrio with a gym, 3 supermarkets and a lot of shops incide. Also, right at the exit from the house there is a large number of restaurants, bars and cafes for every taste

Ideal transport accessibility. Right next to the apartment are two metro stops Národní třída (1 minute walking) and Můstek (2 minutes walking), alsow nearby there is a stop of many trams.
Everything necessary for a comfortable stay is within walking distance.

The apartment was convenient to every area of Prague. Easy to walk to all major attractions and multiple trams and Metro. The Quadro Mall less than 2 minutes away has every type of store and food from basics to finished goods. Food court with healthy options and many vegetarian restaurants and every type of amazing food and drink options you could expect from a central apartment in the city. The apartment was quiet except on Karaoke nights at the hotel across the courtyard. This was because we sleep with the windows open. When the windows were closed it was very quiet. The internet is super fast and we had no trouble working on line and with the connection. The bed is a double which are two singles together but very comfortable. We used the washer and drying rack and we ran the spin program one extra time but everything would dry The kitchen wall was well equipped including a full kitchen. I was able to make several meals. It does only have a hob and no oven or toaster but I was able to toast bread in the heavy skillet in the apartment. We loved everything but I will tell you it was difficult for me to get into the shower. The door opens in and to get around the door I had to really push into the wall to achieve it. I am full figured (fat). My husband is very thin and had the same problem. The owner was very easy to work with and responded immediately. The young girl that represented him for the hand over was on time and communicated in English so we were greeted immediately and even though we were delayed at the airport she was able to work around the travel issue. There is a great little bar next to the building which is very traditional. Inexpensive beers, very small and great bar snacks. No English spoken but I think I got a true Czech experience. I would stay here again.

Wonderful. Everything is right there in walking. All of the places you want to see and great restaurants every few feet. I am older and there were trams and metro if I was struggling to get around. The apartment is in the heart of everything. Much better for a long stay than a hotel.

Yes...We really liked the Indian Restaurant "Namaste" We also loved the little tavern about 300 steps from the flat. I think we went to at least ten different Asian restaurants within a two block radius.

Great little flat in a very nice location. I stayed for just over a month and it was generally very quiet (with some exceptions on weekends, no surprise there). The kitchen was a little underequipped for my needs, but I made it work - just be prepared if you're planning on cooking at home a lot (you may want to buy a couple extra kitchen things in that case). Everything worked well.
Neighborhood
Central, but a little off the main tourist tracks. Very close to Wenceslas Square in one direction, easy walk to the National Theater and the river in another direction, and plenty of shops around.
Recommended places nearby
I enjoyed getting coffee at the garden cafe in the Franciscan Gardens, or going to Cukrarna Mysak.

There was some big issues with this apartment so I will try to make this brief.

Issues:

1. Air conditioning was advertised on the listing but was not actually in the apartment asked for a 25% discount on rent got 5%.
2. The shower was disgusting with black mold and grime all over had to wear sandals every time I took a shower!
3. The shower door was broken water soaked the floor and mat every time I took a shower.
4. Five light bulbs missing from the room and one from the bathroom. The other bathroom lights were the ones that dim then get brighter very annoying.
5. Underneath the bed sheet there was toenail clipping and very dirty so I never removed it and slept on top of the blankets my whole stay.
6. The Landlord Evgeny and the Property Manager Alina were deceitful and dishonest about the apartment listing on Flatio.

I would like to go more in detail about the deceit and dishonesty with Alina and Evgeny. When I sent the Property Manager Alina a SMS about there being no air conditioning and sending photos of the listing as proof the reply I got from the Property Manager was that the listing never had air conditioning. Then shortly after when I went back to the listing it was removed so they acted quick to delete it. When I confronted them about being dishonest and why they removed air conditioning from the listing they said it was never there.

A few days later I was messaged from Evgeny through Flatio offering me a 5% discount. But that's not all he had to say as he told me that the Property Manager Alina said that I slammed the door in her face and yelled at her when she came to give me light bulbs. This of course a lie and a way for Evgeny and Alina to weasel there way out of any discount and trying to make me look bad.

I am not sure who Alina and Evgeny actually are involved with the apartment it almost seemed like they did nothing especially Alina. I was told by Alina that Evgeny wasn't even the Landlord he just worked for there realtor company almost like customer service with Flatio.

I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS APARTMENT!

The apartment is located in a quiet area facing a courtyard. However 2 weeks before moving every night there was drunks yelling and parties every night.
