Flat for rent - Prague 15

The newly renovated apartment is located in the Prague city district Horní Měcholupy. The location of the residence is appropriate for various sports activities, the apartment is located within walking distance from a sport complex with a running circuit, a football pitch and tennis courts. The location is also appropriate for truly nature lovers - there is a forest surrounding the housing, which separates the settlement from the nearby Hostivař dam. There is also a swimming pool, which you will appreciate especially at the higher temperatures in summer months. The Livornská bus stop is a few minutes from the house far, and it will take you to the metro C (Háje stop) in about 10 minutes, and at about 23 minutes to the metro A (Depo Hostivař stop).

Apartment is located on the 1st floor of a multi-storey building with a lift. It's a one-room apartment with kitchen corner. Immediately after you enter the apartment, you will be in the entrance hall where there is a spacious wardrobe for all your belongings. From the entrance hall you can get into the living room or in the bathroom. The modernly decorated living room has a common space with kitchenette. There is a spacious sofa bed for two people with a coffee table and a widescreen TV, so you can spend your afternoon siesta with your favorite TV series or movie. The new kitchen unit provides all the equipment you will need to create your culinary art. There are also kitchen appliances such as an electric stove with a ceramic hob, kettle or toaster. The kitchen area also has a dining table where two people can comfortably eat. The living room and the kitchen area are complemented by a balcony area where you can enjoy morning coffee or just sit in peace.

byt se nachází v klidné části Prahy, je to skvělé situovaná oblast. Na všechy tři linky metra (A,B,C) to máte přímou linkou č. 125. Na Skalce jste za cca. 20 minut, na Hájích za 10 minut a na Smíchovském nádraží do max. 30 minut. Dále byt se nachází hned vedle základní školy, kousek je také mateřská školka. Když vyjdete z bytové jednotky, tak do 3 minut jste v parku. Je to skvělé místo pro odpočinek, sport, procházku, cokoliv. Během léta se tam dá koupat, je tam hostivařská přehrada. Obchody jsou také kousek. Do Albertu je to cca. 700 metru od bytu, Lidl je přes park taky kousek, zhruba 500 metru vzdálený. Busem to máte nedaleko také do Billy, který se nachází na Boloňské ulici a také do Kauflandu, kousek od zastávky Jánovská. Nejlbižší větší obchodní centrum se nachází v Hostivaři (OC Hostivař) a také po novém Westfield Chodov, do kterého se dostaneme MHD dopravou do 15 minut. Co se týče bydlení, tak byt je velice útulný, plně zařízený. Sousedé jsou milý, tolerantní, nesetkal jsem se žádným problémem. Majitel bytu je skvělý člověk, byt nám do detailu představil při předávání klíču, po celou dobu jsme s majitelem bez problémů komunikovali, pokud se něco dělo, třeba byla odstávka teplé vody, tak nás majitel o tom dopředu informoval. Také nebyl problém s prodloužením nájmu. Za mě 10/10, jsme velice spokojený a moc doporučují všem :-)
