Private fully furnished apartment with wifi, Netflix, and more: pillows, duvets (plus extra duvets and pillows), towels, and bed linen. Comfortable mattresses 180x200.

The flat is located 4 stops (8 min) from Wenceslas sq. and 8 stops (15 min) from Malostranská (below Castle). Trams run NON-STOP. The flat has a fully equipped kitchen (stove, oven, microwave, coffee maker, fridge with freezer, kettle, dishes, ...) with a living area where a sofa, a smart monitor with Netflix, and a dining table are. The sleeping area with a double bed for 2, a big sleeping floor, a work area, and storage space is in a separate room. The bathroom boasts a large shower and washing machine.

The building is situated in a street where trams go, which is very comfortable regarding the proximity to the tram stop. However, the apartment faces the courtyard and has only one neighbor on the floor. Thus can offer maximum privacy without noise. Although the apartment is located in the basement, thanks to the hilly landscape of Žizkov, the apartment is not underground or on the ground floor, but there is one more floor below the apartment. The windows of the apartment have situated at a height of 3 meters from the ground and as said before - no street, just a quiet courtyard.

Public transportation: Multiple options of public transportation. Tramlines run non-stop. Metro A (Flora), B (Masarykovo nádraží) and C (Hlavní nádraží) within 5-10 minutes. The main bus station (Florenc) up to 15 minutes, and the main train station (Hlavní nádraží) up to 10 minutes. The airport is 45 minutes. The tram stop 2 minutes on foot: Lipanská (day and night trams no. 5, 9, 15, 26, 95, and 98). No 5 and 9 go directly to Wenceslas square (8 minutes) and tram no 15 goes directly to Lesser Town (15 minutes).

The location is great not only for its proximity to the center and for its transport services, but also for civic amenities and the possibility of relaxation and sports in the area. Albert supermarket with opening hours 7 - 21h. (every day) is located directly opposite the apartment. One tram stop (or 5 minute walk) will take you to the Flora shopping center, where there is also a metro A. The Flora shopping center offers several shops (clothing, shoes, electronics), restaurants (including the famous "fast food" ones), and also a multiplex cinema and 3D cinema (IMAX). Within 3 minutes from the apartment, there is a sports center Olšanka with a SWIMMING POOL, SAUNA world, fitness, and badminton. Around the corner is also Parukářka park, which is suitable for both relaxation and running or other sports. Parukářka park also offers a beautiful view of Prague. Another great place within a 10-minute walk is Náměstí Jiřího z Poděbrad, where farmers' markets take place. The square also offers a variety of great bistros and small cafes. Everything you need for life can be found within 15 minutes of the apartment! :)
