New and modern apartment close to the city center. It's fully equipped, u can feel there like at home. Big windows, big balcony with outdoor sitting. Two separated rooms, one bedroom and one big living room with kitchen(owen, dish wascher, fridge, freezer, microwave) and TV(Apple TV 4K, internet connection included), dining table. Modern bathroom with washing machine and separated WC. Flat was constructed and equipped only 7 years ago, everything is clean and modern. Use all equipment and enjoy the stay in Prague. There is also a cellar where you can store your unnecessary things.

The apartment was perfect, it had everything I needed and was well equipped. The only things he doesn't have are a colander, oven mitts, and a toaster (I made all of my meals in the apartment for a month). There were a million towels in the apartment, so I used them instead of oven mitts. The internet was great for streaming and it never cut out. There is also a full-sized ironing board and iron. The apartment was clean when I arrived and I cleaned it when I left. The only problem I had was with the boiler/hot water heater. The water pressure in it went too low several times to where the boiler turned off, but it is an easy fix that takes 5 seconds. If it happens to you, just ask the landlord how to fix it. If the boiler says "FO," it's the water pressure in the boiler. Michal, the landlord (who is incredibly helpful), said that he would get someone to fix it permanently. Also, the boiler is on a timer. If you need to take a shower at an off time, just turn the boiler on and 30 minutes later, you will have enough hot water for at least a 30 minute shower. The location is perfect, as well. There is a grocery store (Lidl) a 5-minute walk away. You can also get your toiletries (at DM) a 5-minute walk away from the apartment. Finally, there are two tram stops within a 5 minute slow walk from the apartment. I would definitely rent this place again.

Všem vřele doporučujeme tento byt! Moderní, slunný s nádhernou terasou, klidnými sousedy, skvěle a kompletně vybavený - tady nikomu nic chybět nebude! Navíc je byt perfektně situovaný, toaleta je zvlášť a v koupelně je sprchový kout walk in. V ložnici spousta úložného prostoru v šatně i pod postelí. V kuchyni jsou veškeré spotřebiče včetně smoothie makeru a kávovaru. V obývacím pokoji sedačka, TV a velký jídelní stůl. Michal nám nechal v bytě vše, co člověk potřebuje (žehlička, žehlicí prkno, fen, atd) a dokonce tam byly veškeré čisticí prostředky, v kuchyni pecici papír, alobal, tablety do myčky. Taktéž prášek na praní, avivaž. No zkratka stačí se nastěhovat s osobními věcmi a večerku se základními potravinami máte dokonce přímo v domě. Za rohem je pak nový Lidl a také Albert (potraviny). V okolí je spousta restauraci, cca 300 metrů od domu doporučujeme restauraci Pod parou, kde velmi dobře vaří a navíc čepují tankovou Plzeň. Byt byl při předání dokonale uklizen, s majitelem se komunikovalo úžasně a předání proběhlo naprosto bezproblémově. Dokonce si myslím, ze by majitel mohl cenu bytu o 1/3 zvýšit - jinak to totiž bylo skutečně “hodně muziky za málo peněz” aneb nejlevnější a nejhezčí byt v centru Prahy, jaký si člověk muže přát. Our stay in Mike's flat has been amazing. The apartment is modern and so well equipped.
The tram station is near the house as well as lot of places to make your groceries.
The communication with Mike has been amazing too and he answered all of our questions.

Everything was perfect. The apartment is perfectly located in Prag 7. Not to central but easy to get there by tram (10-15min).
You have an Albert supermarket near the apartment were you can get with a 2 minute walk. Loved it and the landlord is kind and you can contact him always by WhatsApp.

Vse probehlo dle domluvy, byt je ve vyborne lokalite, klidny, pritom dostupnost mhd kavaren i obchodu v blizkem okoli. Byt je dispozice velmi dobre zarizen.

Very nice apartment with a good location. As we read in other reviews the apartment was dirty when we moved in, but besides that it was all in all a great apartment. Mike was very helpful and quick to respond when we had any questions or issues.

Apartment was lovely, modern and has everything you need in it to have a lovely stay in Prague.

Communication with mike was excellent, we had one small query about the boiler which he sorted out for us within 10 minutes of texting him.
Overall Mike was an excellent host and the only thing that let the apartment down a small bit was the cleanliness of the apartment upon arrival

upon arrival the apartment wasn't properly cleaned, dirty towels still left in the basket, a big pile of dirt just swept under the table outside, all of which we had to clean within the first day.

It was clear that one of the previous tenant must of had a dog because there was loose dog hair in the apartment, down by the radiators and the floor.

PROS
1) Excellent location: tram stop around the corner, 5 minutes to the Metro. Supermarket, other shops and restaurants nearby.
2) Balcony.
3) Well-equipped kitchen.
4) Large, comfortable bed.
5) The apartment looks recently renovated.

CONS
To be fair, some of the points below reflect our own experience and have since been fixed (especially 2&3). The owner is reactive and tries to solve the problems, but is doing so from a distance because he does not live in Prague, so everything takes more time.

1) The apartment was found in an unimaginably filthy condition that we had to remedy ourselves (e.g. urine underneath and around the toilet seat, trash in the bin, traces of food in the microwave, in the kitchen drawers, in the fridge and the oven, ashtrays full of cigarettes on the balcony, dust everywhere, mold in the washing machine, dirty laundry in the laundry bin etc.). Certainly the next guests will find it much cleaner than we did.
2) The dishwasher was not working for the first month of our stay.
3) There was a problem with the wireless router resulting in an unstable connection until about 5 days before we left.
4) There is not a single chair in the entire apartment. There is a desk and a single small stool, so you will probably end up eating on the tea-table in the living room.
5) Keep in mind that, as is very common in Prague, there are no blinds. Some obscuring curtains would have been welcome.
6) The check-in was a bit complicated, as the owner was not there and we had to retrieve the keys from the owners of a small shop downstairs who did not understand a word we were saying (the problem was solved by the owner over the phone).

Overall the apartment will work fine for two people, especially if a few details are adressed. It desperately needs someone to take care of it on a more regular basis.
