If you move in and find that the rented accommodation doesn't match the information on Flatio at the time the reservation request was sent to the landlord, you can withdraw from the lease agreement under certain circumstances explained in this article in our help center.
Also, under our "secure move-in" policy, we'll assist you with moving to an alternative accommodation if you report within a certain period of time that the rental unit doesn't match the ad and the landlord doesn't fix the problem immediately. You can read the details in our help center.

Appartment is super overpriced, they havent even left one paper towel or basic kitchen things like for washing dishes, no toilet paper, the towels smelled like they've been in there forever. General condition of the appartment is just barely ok, many stains on the walls etc. smells like cigarettes inside.
In front of this building there is low income housing which will keep you up from 5 AM and make you concerned to leave the house after dark. Police interventions every weekend because of loud fights between the tenants across the street. Location is very poor.
The TV fell out of the wall on the second day of my stay and the landlord never bothered to even come check what happened, ended up laying on the floor and blocking the room for my whole stay which is just really poor customer service.
All in all, total scam, never again.
Flatio was trying to be helpful during all these issues and tried their best, but resulted in nothing more than nice emails - in the end I had to deal with the stuff myself as they have some deal with this landlord and they rather do business with them than with me.

I also used the garage, very good if you come by car.

- a system of ventilation during the summer would be good too.
