In our bright, cosy apartment you can find open common space as well as two private bedrooms. In the open space there is living room area with comfortable sofa (which you can use as a single bed as well), big TV set with FREE NETFLIX + kitchen corner with all amenities and spacious dining table. In both private bedrooms you´ll find spacious double bed and single bed. Both bedrooms are spacious and very bright, nicely designed. The flat is suitable up to 7 people. In the bathroom there is shower corner, washing machine as well as some basic amenities you might need. Toilet is located separately from the bathroom. Next to the apartment there is private garden as well as terrace which you can use anytime.
INTERNET is for free with 50Mb download and 2Mb upload speed. You will have NETFLIX with international channels. For your safety, there is first aid kit and fire extinguisher. We like children, so if you need baby cot, dining chair or toys, it will be there for you. We will meet you in person at CHECK-IN and show you the apartment.
The apartment is situated 12 minutes away from city center by direct metro line in quiet, safe and clean area. In the neighborhood you can find several local restaurants (the nearest one is just 2 minutes by foot) as well as some shops (the nearest grocery store is 4 minutes walking, bigger supermarket is 7 minutes walking). The flat comes with nice, private garden and terrace, where you can rest and enjoy your time.
HOW TO GET AROUND
The nearest metro stop Ladvi is only 4 minutes by foot from apartment. You will be in city in 12 minutes by direct metro line. Next to the apartment you´ll have city bus stop.
If you arrive by train, you can use metro line C directly to stop Ladvi, it takes about 10 minutes. If you arrive by bus to Florenc station, you can use metro line C as well to Ladvi, it takes around 8 minutes. From the airport, it takes about 55 minutes by public transport and 25 minutes by taxi or Uber. Uber works well in Prague.
Once you send a reservation request, the landlord is notified that you are interested in his/her offer. From that moment, he/she has 24 hours to approve or reject your reservation.
Landlords are mainly interested in the profile of their tenant. Do not forget to fill in all necessary information, add your profile picture, or even make a short video about yourself. Doing that will make you more attractive for the owner and your reservation will more likely get approved.

However, if the owner has already approved your reservation request and you are no longer interested in it, only Flatio customer support can cancel it within 24 hours of approval. After this period, the reservation request can also be canceled by the owner.
