Apartment Ideal for a couple who wants to discover Seville and stay in a nice apartment that is located in the Historic Center of Seville, just a few minutes from the most important places to visit in the City.
The accommodation is a beautiful apartment renovated and decorated to create a charming space for our guests. It is made up of a nice room with a double bed and a closet to store your suitcases and luggage. A bathroom consisting of a sink, toilet and a shower. The kitchen, although small, is fully equipped, resulting in a charming and comfortable space. The apartment has Air Conditioning in all its spaces and Internet with FIBER, through WIFI or directly to the router so you can take advantage of the full capacity of the service.What to see in the Old Historic District
In it we will find the Cathedral of Seville, the Real Alcázar, the Plaza de Santa Cruz la Judería, Casa de Pilatos, Basilica de la Macarena, Museum of Fine Arts, and Plaza del Salvador.
Indeed, the most outstanding squares in this neighborhood are the Plaza de la Encarnación, the Plaza del Salvador, the Plaza de San Francisco, the Plaza Nueva where the statue of San Fernando is located, the Plaza de la Magdalena and the Plaza del Triunfo.
And among the most important shopping streets we have Calle Sierpes, Tetuán O'Donnell-Velázquez, Calle Cuna, Calle Francos (for old and traditional commerce), Calle San Eloy (for many restaurants), and Avenida de la Constitución (which is pedestrian and commercial), and passes by the Archivo de Indias, the Cathedral and the Giralda.

- The departure time must be before 11:00 maximum.- Arrival after 8:00 p.m. until 11:00 p.m. Cash payment of €20 on delivery of keys. Arrivals are not accepted later than 00:00 am
- Presentation of passports and/or National Identity Document through our application for the transmission of data to the National Police of Spain. Mandatory by Law.- Responsible use of electricity.- No smoking inside the apartment.- Do not leave the keys in the door lock from the inside. In the event that the keys are left on and we cannot enter, the urgent locksmith service will be charged (€150).- Loss of apartment keys. The amount of the copies of the same will be charged.- Lost objects. The company will not be responsible for forgotten objects in the apartment that are not found by our cleaning staff. Check well before leaving the apartment.- Sending of forgotten objects. In the event that we find a forgotten object in the apartment, we can send it to your address postage due, upon payment of €50 for the service/management of the shipment.- Respect rest schedules of neighbors. From 2:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. and from 10:00 p.m. to 9:00 a.m. Do not cause noise disturbance.- Pets are not allowed.- Parties or events are not allowed.
