The new kitchen is equipped with all modern appliances. A coffee filter machine, Espresso-tab machine, toaster and microwave as well as dishes and cooking utensils are also available. You can choose to have a quick breakfast on the bar stools at the bar or sit by the dining table.
From the living room you enter the two bedrooms, both have a large wardrobe and double beds (140cm or 180cm).

Also the universities and other important spots can be reached very quickly due to the perfect location near the underground railway.
The apartment itself is located in a quiet residential area, yet supermarkets, coffee houses and great restaurants (Blue tomato, Augustin, M74) are around the corner. The popular Viennese Meiselmarkt, where you can buy fresh fruit, vegetables, meat, and gourmet food is just a 5-minute walk away.
