Newly refurbished flat (January 2022) for 1 to 6 people in the best street of the historic city center of Valencia. For longer stays, we recommend 1 to 4 persons.
The flat has two double bedrooms; a dining/living room with a double sofa bed; an open kitchen; a full bathroom, and a courtesy toilet.

The flat is located on the best street (with its own Wikipedia page!) of the historic city center of Valencia. Everything, absolutely everything, is new.
- The living room has a three-four-seater corner sofa that converts into a 150x200+ bed. A set of original Mediterranean coffee tables and stools. A Smart TV. Heaters and ceiling fans.
- The dining room has a table for up to six people.
- The kitchen is open to the living-dining room and has a large bar with high stools for chatting while cooking. There is a combi fridge, oven, induction hob, microwave, coffee machine, toaster, kettle, all the necessary dishes-cups-cutlery, and other utensils.
- There is also a terrace overlooking the cool street where you can eat, have breakfast, or gossip with people passing by.
- A courtesy toilet WC.
- The full bathroom has a shower with a massage showerhead, washbasin, storage unit, and toilet. Towels for everyone (yes, also new).
- The first bedroom has a 150x190 bed, a wardrobe, and a clothes rack.
- The second bedroom has a big wardrobe, a desk, a 135x190 bed. Both rooms have ceiling fans and heaters (and blinders, mosquito nets, and so on).
- There is a small room with a washer-dryer and space to leave the suitcases. There you can also find extra chairs if you are more than four.

- The flat is on the first floor with no elevator, but there are only a few stairs from the entrance.

- You have everything (again, absolutely) next to the house, with only a few meters distance EXCEPT parking. It is a semi-pedestrian street with ATMs, supermarkets, bike rental, laundry, pharmacy, cafeteria, restaurants...

It is an ideal place to work remotely, do sports nearby, visit the city/tourism, enjoy festivals such as the fallas.

The flat is in a semi-pedestrian street next to the Serrano Towers in the historic center of Valencia, the Carmen district. The Barrio del Carmen is very lively, full of people, culture, and leisure.

You will be a few minutes away (walking distance) from the most emblematic places of Valencia such as the Plaza de la Reina, Plaza de la Virgen, the Central Market, the river (funny fact, there is none on the river), the town hall, Marqués de Dos Aguas, museums etc.
To enjoy and discover the neighborhood, just walk or take a bike.
