- A healthy breakfast can be enjoyed in the living room, at a square table or on the balcony in the sunshine
- The kitchen area is equipped with all necessary utensils and appliances: fridge, electric hob, dishwasher, electric kettle and tea and coffee making set.
- Large bed with a very comfortable mattress for two people, wardrobe.
Spacious, spotless bathroom:
- Shower, hair dryer, all necessary cosmetics and fresh towels and a washing machine.
Throughout the entire stay of guests, we are available by phone and in the office - ready to help in case of any problems.
The building has a shop "Żabka", and nearby bakeries, pastry shops, "Biedronka".
The apartment is located near the city center, just 5-6 minutes on foot from public transport stops. You can go on a tour of Hydropolis (you'll get there as quickly as you can at one of the tram stops). Coming to the Market Square you will spend about 10 minutes on a tram, and you are only 1 km away from the National Museum and Panorama of the Battle of Racławice.
The apartment is located near the tram stops, 5 minutes walk from the apartment.
The fee for check-in requiring our assistance between 22:00 and 24:00 is 50 PLN.
The fee for check-in requiring our assistance after 24:00 is PLN 100.
The fee for additional cleaning during your stay (at the request of the Guests), along with supplementing the means of daily use, is 110 PLN.
Extension of the hotel day (on request) may involve an additional fee:
- for check out until 13:00 it is 50 PLN,
- for check-out after 13:00 is 100% of the price for one night's stay.
Once you send a reservation request, the landlord is notified that you are interested in his/her offer. From that moment, he/she has 24 hours to approve or reject your reservation.
Landlords are mainly interested in the profile of their tenant. Do not forget to fill in all necessary information, add your profile picture, or even make a short video about yourself. Doing that will make you more attractive for the owner and your reservation will more likely get approved.

How you can cancel a reservation varies depending on what stage the reservation is in.

However, if the owner has already approved your reservation request and you are no longer interested in it, only Flatio customer support can cancel it within 24 hours of approval. After this period, the reservation request can also be canceled by the owner.
Do you have an approved reservation and also a valid contract? In order to cancel your reservation for FREE, contact Flatio customer support well in advance of your contract beginning (the specific time depends on the type of cancellation policy).
