It has a double bed, a chest of drawers, a mirror, and a desk with a chair. I provide two sets of bed linen and towels. Although all rooms have a double bed, the rent price is for one person only.
This apartment is located on the 5th and last floor with a lift, in a beautiful 19th century building. It is very well situated, between the Sé Cathedral and the Miradouro das Portas do Sol, in the Sé-Alfama district of Lisbon, Portugal. It is only 100 metres from Tram 28 and a 5-minute walk (300 metres) from Terreiro do Paço metro station.
This recently refurbished flat is exclusively dedicated to professionals or professionals in training. It can be rented per room as a co-living concept (flat-sharing) or you can rent the whole flat.
It has three bedrooms, two bathrooms with toilet, a living & dining room and a kitchen with fridge, stove, oven, microwave and washing machine. It is well furnished and equipped for those seeking calmness, for a minimum period of 30 days (up to 1 year).
The apartment itself has a surface of 100m2. It has a balcony along the entire facade which offers plenty of natural ligh. Two bedrooms have access to the balcony.
Each bedroom is equipped with a double bed, an open wardrobe, a dresser with mirror and a desk. The whole flat is non-smoking.
Once you send a reservation request, the landlord is notified that you are interested in his/her offer. From that moment, he/she has 24 hours to approve or reject your reservation.

Is your reservation request still waiting for landlord approval? Then you can simply cancel it directly from your My Housing web app!
However, if the owner has already approved your reservation request and you are no longer interested in it, only Flatio customer support can cancel it within 24 hours of approval. After this period, the reservation request can also be canceled by the owner.
Do you have an approved reservation and also a valid contract? In order to cancel your reservation for FREE, contact Flatio customer support well in advance of your contract beginning (the specific time depends on the type of cancellation policy).
