We offer rooms in a family house with garden in a safe residential area. Suitable for young professionals or students who can appreciate a peace and comfort of a nicely furnished home and who feel own apartment might be too big for them.

This room on the second floor with a window to the terrase and a roof south facing window is fully equipped, you will find a height-adjustable table, office chair and a spacious wardrobe with a large mirror. The bed can be unfolded into a double bed.

The house has a total of 6 furnished rooms ready to move in which are rented separately. On each floor there are two rooms that have a shared bathroom and toilet. Even though the house is shared between multiple tenants, it is designed in way to offer a maximum privacy.

For the whole house there is a big fully equipped kitchen on the first floor, a terrace on the second floor with a nice view and a garden in the courtyard. The house is covered with internet, other necessary equipment such as washing machine, iron etc. is available as well.

You can park a car without complications on the street. The airport is a 15-minute drive, a tram stop (including night trams) is a 4-minute walk.

Little outside the city center, so a little quieter. A little nature but still city style.
