I am offering a bright and spacious room for rent close Kobylisy area with very good access to public transport, only 7 minutes far from metro Kobylisy. You can reach a city centre in 20 minutes in total, however it is pretty quiet and safe area at the same time, which is huge advantage of living in this location.

Room is furnished with build-in wardrobe and king size bed, desk, chair, bed table, window is equiped by electric blinds for your best comfort of sleeping/living. The bookshelf and chest of drawers what you can see on picture are not in the room anymore.
Kitchen is fully equipped with all you might need, there is a new fridge, dishwasher, microwave, gas cooker and electric oven, several dishes which we can share. In shared area is also a study/ work corner (just in front of kitchen), you might use for prospective home office work or just an extra space.
Bathroom has a huge shower corner and new washing machine. Toilet is separate from bathroom. In the entrance corridor is a shelve for shoes and another stuff.
The room is suitable for both male / female, as long as you are respectful, clean and tidy person.

Is your reservation request still waiting for landlord approval? Then you can simply cancel it directly from your My Housing web app!
However, if the owner has already approved your reservation request and you are no longer interested in it, only Flatio customer support can cancel it within 24 hours of approval. After this period, the reservation request can also be canceled by the owner.
Do you have an approved reservation and also a valid contract? In order to cancel your reservation for FREE, contact Flatio customer support well in advance of your contract beginning (the specific time depends on the type of cancellation policy).
