I wish Flatio refunded me for the extra day I paid for when I changed my lease dates. Getting that refund from the apartment was extremely tedious for everyone involved since I didn't have a European Bank account. A simple transfer back to my credit card would have saved everyone a lot of headache.

Flatio is very responsive. I made a mistake booking and they returned my fee right away!
