So much easier than figuring out the local renting culture. The ability to have a short term stay without any realtor fees is great. The ease of regular booking apps with the prices of longer term rentals.

Is it possible to put the guest's introduction letter as the first mail in the mailbox? Or a quick link. As it is now, I always find it difficult to find the often important information of the introduction letter.

I would rate the service as excellent. This is actually the second time I’ve used it, and I’m genuinely very happy with the experience. Everything has been smooth, reliable, and well organized, which makes the whole process very easy and stress-free. What I appreciate the most is the consistency and the quality of the stays — it really makes a difference. If I had to add something, it would be amazing to see the service expand to more countries in the future.
