Just loved it - Especially the cosy blanket on the settee and the extra bed cover as it was winter when we were there. Moveable heater was so needed and we were grateful for it. Having the cleaners come in once a week was excellent. We took a while to work out the TV and box but got there in the end. One ting that we did say was that the lighting was too dim at times as we were woring remotely and when it was dark we needed a brighter light. May be a stronger bulb or a moveable lamp. Loved the Orchid. i looked after it and it had lots of buds when we left. Hope it flowers beautifully for future guests .

Flatio seemed to have the best value in properties listed, as well as flexible cancellation policies. Also, seems like the hosts and listings are verified so that they are legitimate, which gives us peace of mind.

I like that the apartments are verified and that there's a checklist of the things that are included in the apartment (i.e. a washing machine). Plus, I really enjoy that there are no hidden fees and everything is pretty up front.

Fees for paying the rent are ridiculous - we already pay a fee for the services....... + not accepting the American Express Card might resolut in us not choosing Flatio next time... Other than that we had good experience with you. Thank you.
