10/10. I would only add that many landlords just don't answer. Perhaps, they dont' get enough notifications etc. They didn't reject me but left me on waiting, so my hope was ruining my urgent plans. Eventually, after 24 hours the booking just went nowhere. I'd prefer a strong "no" next time

I really enjoy working with Flatio, but I would appreciate more detailed reviews from potential tenants. Lately, many of the reservation requests seem a bit suspicious — people who want to talk via WhatsApp or Facebook/Instagram, or who are only interested in coming to obtain a visa, etc. Just by reading their profiles, you can tell they don’t want to use the Flatio platform to communicate with hosts and are trying to reach out through other social networks. Like I said, it feels a bit fishy.

The support was really great and answered fast, I liked it.
The main problems — it's very difficult to change your personal details in the contract after sending it. You need to discuss this question with your host, which is pretty strange because this is YOUR personal details.
Also they don't support of Georgian bank cards (I mean the country, Georgia). I had problems just to pay for the apartment and asked my friend to pay.

After half a year of living here, I must say that I was extremely satisfied. If I didn't have a job in the Czech Republic, I would have loved to stay here, because I like the Azores and the life here suits me very much. After half a year of living here, I can say that the apartment is extremely practical for living, it is spacious, well-ventilated, with windows and air conditioning on the sides, and in cold weather you can reliably heat with air conditioning. The apartment is equipped with premium BOSCH appliances. The landlord offers a change of linen and towels. The location of the apartment is strategic, about 150m on each side there is a city bus stop and a short distance on the waterfront is the main stop for intercity lines. There are many shops all around, especially groceries. Finally, it is my honor and pleasure to thank Mr. Paulo Silveira for his great advice and impeccable support during my six-month stay.
After six months of living here, I absolutely recommend this exceptional accommodation.

Igen, tetszik a Flatio! Amit hátránynak látok, az átvételi jegyzőkönyv miatt utaznom kellett, jobb volna online megoldani, hasonlóan, mint az airbnb-n. A hirdetésben látható fényképek tartalmazzák a felszereltséget, így azt gondolom, hogy az átvételi jegyzőkönyvet meg lehetne csinálni online.

I really like how professional, transparent, and easy to use the platform is. The communication and support are quick and helpful, and I appreciate how smoothly the booking and payment processes work. For a relatively young company, Flatio feels very reliable and well-organized, it gives confidence to both hosts and tenants. Overall, I’m very satisfied. If I could suggest something, it would be to increase listing visibility and allow a bit more flexibility in communication between hosts and tenants before booking. Small UX improvements to manage listings on the go would also make the experience even better.
