In our comparison, we mainly considered platforms that have a similar focus as Flatio and are also suitable for medium- or long-term stays. In particular, we analyzed data from Booking.com, Spotahome, Homelike and Uniplaces.
I think you need to check out your hosts and the flats they are renting in person. The flat I rented should not even be advertised as its not fit to stay in. I also don't think you should release rent to hosts until it's confirmed the guest is happy staying there. I think your staff are supportive and helpful and its an easy to use platform, but more things need to be put in place such as flat inspections and rent refunds where guests have left but still being forced to pay the rent.

However, the rent pricing system needs significant improvement. There are noticeable discrepancies in monthly rates, even for months with the same number of days. The amount we set for a given month often differs from the final value shown in the contract, which can cause confusion for both landlords and tenants.
Additionally, the lack of a mobile app for iOS and Android limits accessibility and ease of use for all users. A dedicated app would greatly enhance the overall experience.

The policy of holding back the high service charge as a voucher when someone has to cancel makes no sense.
