The thing about the 3 cancelations is absurd.

Not sure yet. This is the first time using you guys and I do not have enough information to make an informed decision.

The website is easy to use, with some good options, with decent prices and Flatio is very helpful in their communication. However, I booked in July, which has 31 days, but the invoice was only for 30 days, and so I got an invoice for the last day halfway through the month. While, the contract made it clear that I was only being invoiced for 30 days at no point did I see a price for 31 days. So when I was pressured by Flatio to sign the contract and pay the invoice, or they would have to cancel the booking. I didn't expect any changes in the price of the booking since it remained consistent from my first visit to the website. I skimmed the contract but didn't see the additional days rent. I'm struggling to articulate the weirdness, but it's like I went to the shop, bought my groceries, and I was stopped at the door and told if I want to take the groceries out of the store I'd have to pay an extra €2, it feels dishonest. Surely the shelf price should be inclusive. Flatio said that if I wanted to cancel, we could do so with the owner's agreement. However, we agreed and apparently Flatio told the owner we couldn't cancel, so there was conflicting information. Overall we had a great time and decided to stay for the last day, but the experience left a bitter taste.

I haven't used the product yet. It's too early to do an NPS survey on me.

More clarity, easier correspondence to contact and a more strict adherence to the prestablished conditions

Expensive service fee without full money refund

I'm new here, why do i have to answer this question?

The website was not user friendly. The search engine was not capable of selecting different locations in Portugal and photos of the properties were limited.

The flatio fees are outrageous and way too high for the service offered by flatio!

It was OK. I don't like that I could not call anyone, had to email back and forth and wait for a response. Even when I did leave a message requesting a call (twice) they called me in the middle of the night (2 a.m.), although I explained that I was on U.S. Pacific time and would answer any time between 6 a.m. and 10 p.m.

The thing is - you places are more or less same price like Aribnb. You offer way less and much more expensive things than e.g. Uniplaces. So in my case I found something nice and suitable - but this seems to be just having good luck.
