O que mais aprecio na Flatio é a possibilidade que nos oferece de chegarmos aos hóspedes/inquilinos mais facilmente. Melhoraria o processo de comunicação com o serviço de apoio, o facto de não terem um número de telefone disponível causa algum desconforto. Se acontecer algum imprevisto, alguma situação urgente, não temos a quem recorrer no momento.

Me gusta la facilidad con la que se puede conseguir alojamiento de manera segura y sin tanto protocolo. Lo único que no me agrada tanto es que las tarifas son bastante elevadas en algunos casos.

First time user of Flatio and have a positive feeling from it. I've had some issues finding a good landlord, but when I found them it was all quite easy to manage the appartment, payments and exchange of information. I was able to keep in touch with the landlord through the messaging system. Updating and extending the lease contracts was just as easy.

I am most pleased with the digital communication received before check-in and upon check-out. Instructions were clear and concise. There were only minor issues with obtaining a refund for a changed booking, however It was cleared up in a matter of days.
