For me it is getting a lease agreement that is the most important aspect, as well as it being a very well laid out, and easy to navigate website.

Great concept but landlords need to be more responsive (I have escalated this previously as I had about 15 declined booking requests because landlords either simply did not react within 24hrs or did not have their booking calendars up to date).

Can sign up a long term rental remotely and securely.
