As I mentioned earlier, the service was excellent. The only thing that could have been improved was ensuring that the right messages were sent to the right person. For example, I once received a message saying I had to vacate my flat due to a double booking, when in fact it was for a different stay. That gave me quite a shock.

The only negative point, in my opinion, is the amount of interest and extra fees paid for the agency’s intervention, since it makes the final price noticeably higher. Apart from that, everything went smoothly and the platform felt safe and reliable to use. Without a doubt, I would use this platform again in the future.

velký zájem lidí o krátkodobé a střednědobé pronájmy, pěkná platforma

služby mi přijdou skvělé, jediné co mi nevyhovovalo, že v případě když prodlužuji ubytování automaticky se nastaví prioritní platba, která je zpoplatněná i v úrovni několik stovek korun.

Všetko super. Odporúčame vaše služby. Boli sme nadmieru spokojní. :)
