I think they can improve the cleanliness of the studio. When I received the studio it was not as clean as you expect, there was dust in furniture, closet, etc. and mold in the shower and toilet.
My experience with the Land owner:
First of all I congratulate them in relation to the answer on the emergency line. I called them few times, for simple issues, they always respond and gave me the solution immediately. I think this is important for a tenant.
Also, the person who take over the studio was very kind to let us left the keys 2 hours after the check out time (11 am). In my opinion I had a good reason for being delayed and I will explain why on the next paragraphs. In relation to administrative issues I didn´t have an adequate response on the following:
* I requested to extend my stay, they accepted it and gave me the prices and availability. The next day I accepted, however, the day after they notified me that they had rented the studio to someone else. This caused me great inconveniences since it was only 2 days before having to hand back the studio. I would have expected them to at least call me to ask me if I wanted to confirm the extension, and to respect that my request came first, but they unfortunately didn't do so. That was very inconvinient for me and left me very little time to arrange all to deliver the studio on time. So I end up delivering it 2 hours after the check-out time but surely I left the keys in a cleaner studio than the one I received..
* They never send me the handover certificate already filled in and signed even I requested it several times.
In general this is a study I recommend. taking into account to prevent administrative issues.
