Tivemos uma ótima experiência ao ficar no apartamento da Sofia e do Emilio. Desde o início, a comunicação foi clara e muito simpática, o que tornou todo o processo fácil.

O apartamento estava limpo, bem cuidado e equipado com tudo o necessário para uma estadia confortável. A zona é excelente: tranquila, segura e bem localizada, com fácil acesso a transportes, lojas e restaurantes, o que facilitou muito a nossa estadia.

No geral, passámos dias muito agradáveis, sem qualquer inconveniente. Recomendamos sem dúvida e voltaríamos a ficar aqui.

The house is in an excellent location if you want to be close to old town and Praia dos Pescadores. It’s a newly renovated home with comfortable beds and pillows. The bathrooms have modern showers. The kitchen area is large with modern hob and refrigerator. Unfortunately, the only negative is the WiFi only worked well in the living room. Occasionally, it worked in the kitchen. The WiFi did not work upstairs where the bedrooms are and two balconies.

La casa es perfecta, todo es muy nuevo, muy cuidado muy cómodo. Las camas y las almohadas son perfectas. Todo es maravilloso. El único defecto que le pongo a la casa es un sensor de ruido que está encima del sofá que a partir de las 22:00 casi te obliga a irte a dormir, horario muy de cenar para una familia española. Se encendía hasta con la TV y lo peor es que te mandan mensajes al móvil diciéndote de forma MUY MALEDUCADA "que te calles ya! " O incluso que te van a echar. A las 22:25 recibí dos llamadas desde UK que vi después, pero que serían para echarme la bronca. Vamos a ver, tengo 50 años, estoy cenando con mi familia a las 22;00 de la noche, no estoy de fiesta. ... Todo fuera de lugar. Esa parte ha sido horrible y me ha parecido intrusivo.

Tomáš was a great host and very accommodating. He helped me with a few small things and was always easy to communicate with.

The apartment is very nice, the main room feels quite large, and the location is great. Having the Stromovka Center around the corner was really handy.

I stayed for 6 weeks at Matte’s apartment and had a great experience. Matte is a nice and friendly host, and communication was always smooth and clear from start to finish.

The apartment is very well equipped, especially for a long stay—everything you might need is available. There’s also a convenient laundry service just next door, which made things even easier.

A special bonus is the amazing terrace with plenty of sun, perfect for relaxing. I also really enjoyed the “home theatre” setup with the projector—watching movies from the comfort of the bed was a highlight!

It was the perfect place for a long-term stay. The spacious, bright room has a private bathroom and toilet. The apartment is on the fifth floor and is accessible by elevator. The apartment has everything you need, including a washing machine and an iron. Jana is a wonderful host. She is always available if you need anything. The location is also quite good. There are quite a few restaurants and supermarkets nearby. There is a tram stop in front, and the metro station is two blocks away, providing easy access to the city center and the rest of the city. You can also reach the central station on foot through the nice Riegrovy Sady park or by connecting metro or tram. Overall, it is highly recommended for short- and long-term stays.

If you are a digital nomad looking for a spot in Palermo, look no further. The apartment is neat, calm, cool, and contains everything you need. The owners are extremely kind, trustworthy, responsive, and helpful, and will treat you unobtrusively, yet with Palermitan hospitality.

The apartment's location at the edge of the historic city center and its proximity to the train station are obviously convenient. Less obvious is the fact that the magnificent regional library (Biblioteca centrale della Regione Siciliana) is about 20 minutes away. You can work there in peace and quiet, popping out for lunch at any one of hundreds of restaurants.

The months we stayed here were among the most intellectually productive of our lives. On weekends, we would explore the old town or take the train to nearby Sicilian destinations.

Recommended in the strongest possible terms.

I stayed in this apartment for 1 month and it was very comfortable stay. The apartment is beautiful, clean and equipped with everything one could need - kitchen dishes, dishwasher, cleaning supplies and equipment, sheet, pillows, towels... Area and neighborhood is also amazing - one of the best parts of Prague, residential and peaceful but with lots of bars and restaurants if you're looking for fun night out. Tram and metro stations are close, as well as big supermarket. Owners are great and it was very easy to communicate with them. Very nice people who treat there guests with respect. I would definitely come here again and I recommend it to everyone who is looking for a place to stay for a month or longer.
