A lovely small apartment situated in the Jewish Quarter. I really enjoyed living in this part of the City, with it’s ruin bars, small cafés, coffee shops and the sunday markets, all nearby. Would definitely recommend for future rentants.

I also got good help, with problems and questions, by the owners friend who were very helpful and kind!

Byt velmi hezký, v centru. Dle mého byl ale v bytě nedostatek úložného prostoru, chyběly skříně. Komunikace s pronajímateli většinou v pořádku, ale pokud nastane nějaký problém mimo pracovní dobu, nereagují jak na čísle recepce, tak ani na nouzovém čísle, které by mělo být k dovolání pořád. Takže jste vlastně v pohodě, pokud třeba nepraskne voda o víkendu, to se s vámi nikdo bavit nebude. Jelikož k takovým věcem ale obvykle nedochází, s bytem jsme byli celkově spokojeni.

Spolupráce s majitelem bezproblémová, příjemné jednání, rychlá odpověď. Byt má svoje mouchy (myčka, jedno ze světel), ale rozloha a poloha v centru jsou prostě skvělé.

Pavla is a great Landlord. Helped me whenever needed. The flat is beautiful and the location perfect between airport and city center. Less then 100 meters to the green Metro Line which brings you in 10 minutes to the city center. Kitchen is really nice and there is also a washing machine in the flat which is great.

Je potřeba spravit rozvody u vařiče, starý vyhazoval pojistky až se pokazil, jiný vařič na tom taky odešel. Jinak nešlo ze startu moc topení, ale pak už jsme topili. Jinak vše ok a fajn. Klasický sklepní byt Na hezkém místě :-)

Was a beautiful old-style apartment with a perfect location. Very central in the old town, and super close to Charles Bridge. My only issue was I was moved out of the apartment after a few days due to a leakage. Of course, not the fault of the owner and they swiftly moved me to a new apartment. While the new one was very nice, it was much further from this location. Thank you for having me on my short stay.
