Friendly host. Everything was as described and very good location.

It was a really nice apartment in a super nice neighborhood! Quiet and calm!

The apartment is as advertised. I would rate it higher than 5 stars if I could. We had a lovely three-month stay in this amazing apartment. Francisco has created a lovely haven and was a great host. Since I also had to work while we were there, the office space was a game-changer for us. The kitchen was well stocked, and nothing was missing. The beds were comfortable, and there is plenty- actually, an amazing amount- of storage. The living room was well appointed and very comfortable. There are many little touches that make the apartment special, such as the automatic blinds. I will stay again when in Matosinhos.

Amazing, very nice host. Flat location is great, with local store and restaurant. Great quiet place, very good for runners.

great

We absolutely loved our stay! The apartment is beautiful and looks exactly like the photos. Everything was clean, modern, and made us feel right at home.

The check-in process was incredibly smooth, and even though we arrived late at night, Mary and Cris were very accommodating, which we really appreciated.

The location was another huge highlight. It was so easy to get around Budapest using public transportation, and everything we wanted to see was easily accessible from the apartment.

Overall, we had an amazing experience and wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again. If we’re ever back in Budapest, this will definitely be our first choice. Highly recommend!

Great place. Recommend staying.

Very nice host and good communication! The apartment is located in the best possible place to experience the atmosphere of the city. It's also only 10 min to the beach. The apartment itself is cozy and has everything you need.

My partner and I spent one month here, and we had a great experience. The flat was very clean and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Everything was working perfectly.

Tamara and the whole team gave us a warm welcome and were always available whenever we needed anything. They were very responsive and always answered quickly, no matter the time.

We would definitely recommend this place and would be happy to stay here again! Thanks to the team again.
Martin and Sabrina

The apartment was very comfortable, and the common areas, amenities, and laundry services were excellent. We had a small issue with the Wi-Fi, but they solved it quickly.

However, future guests should know that the building is undergoing renovations. The construction noise was deafening at times and made the flat vibrate. There is also occasional noise from a café nearby due to events few times a month.

Despite the occasional noise, everything else was perfect, so I still would recommend staying here. Thank you!

The apartment is very cozy and homely, there is everything you need and everything works perfectly. Host is extremely nice and welcoming, he gave us a lot of advice about the island and was more than helpful with even smallest details regarding our stay. The area is also great, it’s practically the city center, there are many good bars and restaurants nearby and you also can get to the nearest beach by feet in 40-50 min or by taxi in less than 10 min.
I highly recommend staying here!

Great stay! The apartment was very clean, comfortable, and well-located. Andrew and Veronika are wonderful, responsive hosts. Highly recommend!

Good apartment on top floor with good views.
Location is close to the town center. Super-market across the road.

This is a classic Panelak apartment that has been recently remodeled and well cared for. The apartment is owner occupied most of the year making a real treat to get the opportunity to rent. The neighborhood is Czech composed of young families and pensioners and includes a nice dog park and a basketball court. Noise level was moderate to lower that expected. Well serviced from the Invalidova transportation hub of trams and the metro station.

Lovely apartment in a great location with a beautiful view. It was very comfortable, and communication with the host was easy. I really enjoyed my stay and would definitely recommend it!

Matilde runs an exceptional building with complete professionalism. The apartment was spotless on arrival, exactly as described, and the weekly cleaning service was a great convenience. The building is well located in the Avenidas Novas area, and the apartments have everything needed to make an extended stay comfortable.

👍👍

Great accommodation in the mountains, the host ensures you have everything you need and makes you feel welcome.

What an awesome place and location. Wish the bed was softer, but that is literally the only negative. If I come back, I’d definitely stay here again. Loved it! Tomas was a perfect host too.

Great location near shops, restaurants, and public transport. Recommended!

Everything was perfect and fine

O meu cantinho de paz interior em Portugal.
